Witnessing the transformation in others is the highlight of this work for me. It’s what it’s all worth striving for: when someone so completely embraces new learning and techniques that the changes can’t help but multiply. I introduce Meg. She is the epitome of working the work and making it work. Meg took to heart all of the recommendations. She practiced everything from daily affirmations to inner child work to slowing down (surprisingly hard for almost everyone!). Meg fully embraced her strengths and used them in all interactions with others to help demonstrate she walks the talk. She emanates love incarnate and others feel that around her.
I recognize that for many the pursuit of helping others is a means to make money or a living. For me, pretty much all I do is about leaving the world a better place than I find it. I want others who are ready to let go
of their past, their narratives, the stories they’ve taken on for themselves from what others say to assume their authentic, innate sense of identity. I also ask that they pay it forward. Meaning: if they find something that works for them then they try to share it with others. Meg has done all of that and more.
Transformation, change, rewiring, reframing, refreshing or even becoming new is never an overnight or one-time experience. It is a continuous choice to be better, do better, and live better. It requires dedication,
commitment, courage, perseverance, and a sense of gratitude for every moment spent on the “work” as that is when results show through…and are amplified! We are all capable of becoming who we feel and just know we are meant to be. Are you that you yet?
